Can you give Mary and Joseph a place to stay?

knitted nativity picThe knitted nativity figures begin their Christmas journey on Advent Sunday December 1st. Their journey around Buckden symbolises the journey that Mary and Joseph took from Nazareth to Bethlehem. If you would like to host a set for 1 or 2 nights between advent and epiphany, please sign the list at the back of church or contact:-

Advent quiet Day – Thursday 5th December

The  day will begin with coffee 10-10.30 and will include a simple lunch of soup and fruit 1pm-2.pm. The afternoon session will finish at 3.30 and follow with tea and cake until 4pm.
The program is continuous through the sessions and so assumes a full day commitment from those attending. The venue will be at 25 Perry Rd and please contact Irena to reserve a place.
