November News from St Mary’s

As we move from October into November, the clocks have already gone back, we’ve had an “autumn” clean inside the church and tidy of the churchyard, and we have just celebrated All Saints and All Souls.  £500 was raised for Church Army, our chosen charity for September-October.  Our Restoration Appeal is well-underway, various grant applications have been submitted, St Mary’s appeared on the front cover of the October Roundabout and we have received donations both directly and through our justgiving page

There are lots of events planned in November – fun social events, fundraising events and craft events.  Details of all these and more can be found in the November Newsletter.
It can be viewed here Newsletter-nov-2016

All our monthly newsletters can found on this website on the “newsletters” page under the “info” tab.  Alternatively a  newsletter can be be emailed to you each month.
For those not on email / internet, there are always copies available to pick up in church. If you cannot get to church, you can have a paper copy delivered.

Our chosen charity for November-December is Population Matters: Women’s Choice.
See the  charities page on this website (under finance) and the charities noticeboard at the back of church for more information .

Church rotas for November and December are published here.
