In September Buckden & District Churches Together launched “Footsteps in Prayer” – walking and/or praying with/for your own neighbours – and covered the whole of Buckden and Perry.
On 8th October, we launch a Zoom course “Footsteps in Faith” to explore questions such as: –
Where is God in Covid 19?
What is Christianity really about?
What is faith about generally?
Contact Jes for joining details

New opening arrangements

Unfortunately we are no longer able to open for private prayer due to recent abuse of the facilities and the potential risk of infection due to non adherence with safety measures whist the building was left unattended.

Therefore the current schedule of opening at St Mary’s Church Buckden is WEDNESDAY – Holy Communion at 9.30 am
SUNDAY – service at 11am
For the Sunday Service, please reserve an attendance slot each week, by emailing the churchwarden or adding your name to the list in the porch.

Social distancing measures are in place at all times to ensure everyone’s safety and numbers are limited. Please respect the safety measures, respect one another and always wear a mask / face covering. Social distancing is still key.

Please note that, due to a problem with the water supply, there are no toilet facilities in the church and no heating at the moment. Our weekly online Sunday Services are continuing.
