This Sunday, 29th November, is the beginning of Advent, a season of preparation, looking forward to Christmas and the birth of Jesus. At St Mary’s, our stars on the tower will be shining out for all to see. Look out for our outdoor Nativity Scene which will appear in the churchyard during this first week of Advent.

Sunday Services in Church will resume from December 6th and Wednesday Communion from the 9th. Please book for Sunday each week with david.pickavance1@outlook.com or add your name to the list in the porch.

Daily Prayers On Wednesday 4 November, the Archbishops of Canterbury and York and Bishop of London called the Church of England to prayer for the nation throughout the month of November. We are delighted to announce that St Mary’s Church will, once again, be open to individuals for Private Prayer. Starting from November 12th, the building will be open on Mondays and Thursdays 10am to 4pm.
There are Covid-19 safety measures in place, so please do read the instructions displayed in church and always wear a mask/face covering.
