Sadly the country is having to go into a second lockdown and our All Souls Service on 1st November will be the last communal service to be held in church this month. But, as we all now know, there are ways that we can continue to keep connected and support one another despite the physical separation.
Here’s a reminder of some of the many ways that we can still be together and give support and encouragement to one another remotely.
Communal prayer – At 11am each Sunday and 9.30am each Wednesday, we can all, if possible, set aside time to pray.
Sunday Service – A short liturgy, sermon and Pewsheet are being provided by email and on the website each week. Jes is recording a short video of the service each week which is then shared both on our Facebook page and on YouTube “St Mary’s Buckden”.
Saturday Coffee is being conducted via Zoom each week. See the Pewsheet for details.
Outside Resources – Browse our Facebook page for links to other resources to worship, prayer, music etc. Look at the Ely Diocese and Church of England websites. or just Google. There is lots going on that can both keep us occupied and keep us connected as Christians during these difficult times.
St Mary’s website our website is being updated regularly so please keep checking for updates.
Keep safe and look out for one another.
