Footsteps in Faith

March at St Mary’s Buckden

Spring has arrived and the days are getting both brighter and longer bringing a renewed sense of optimism.

The whole of March falls within the season of Lent and there are a variety of Lent Courses and reflections available to us online. For more information, you can download a copy of our March Newsletter here.

Church remains closed for public worship (other than Sunday and Wednesday morning for individual private prayer). However, the PCC will continue to monitor the situation and consider when we might safely resume live services. Watch this space.

Coming up in April we have our annual church meetings: Election of Churchwardens and APCM. 12 noon on Sunday 11th April in church (if possible) and on Zoom – see the newsletter for more information.

is a Lent Course based on some of the ‘I am sayings’ of Jesus in John’s gospel.
The course will start at 8pm on Tuesday 23rd Feb and run weekly throughout Lent.
There is a course book, which costs £6.75.
Please contact Jes for a link if you are interested.
