a great way to grow in faith, sharing doubts and asking questions with people we have grown to trust through fellowship and time together.

Saturday Coffee & Cakes VIA ZOOM
Every Saturday – join us via Zoom (see newsletter for joining details) , have your own coffee and cake ready at home
Outside of the pandemic, this activity normally runs 10.45am til noon in the Living Stones Room. Come along to enjoy some company, home made cakes, tea and coffee
St Mary’s bellringers is a small and friendly group who ring before Sunday Morning Services and practice every Monday evening at 8:15pm. Newcomers and beginners are always welcome
Going Deeper ON HOLD
A chance to look again at Sunday’s bible readings in an informal group. Wednesdays 10.30am (Living Stones Room) .
Coffee after midweek communion ON HOLD
A member of the ministry team will be in church from 10am till 10:30am each Wednesday (after communion), and the kettle will be on, so if you want a chat, please drop in.
Getting Active RUNNING AS NORMAL
Evening walks during the summer months. We meet at 7pm outside the Lion Hotel to walk for about an hour – all welcome, furry friends too. .
An informal, all age, gospel choir, Angel Voices leads the music at the 4th Sunday All-age Family Communion service and rehearses on the two Fridays before at 6.45pm in the Living Stones Room. Contact Chris on 01480 812777
Ground Floor Group ON HOLD
We meet twice monthly on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays from 8pm-10pm, to discuss anything and everything, usually based on a theme. Evenings end with Compline.
Sunday Lunch Group (monthly dates and venues are published individually) ON HOLD
This is a group for those who live alone and would like to share a proper Sunday roast with others – some people take a turn at hosting lunch, others simply come along. More information from Rev Jes
Open Ministry & Mission Meeting for the Benefice (Buckden & The Offords) ON HOLD
In the Living Stones Room, on the 4th Sunday of the month at 6pm
These meetings are an open conversation about ministry and mission within our Benefice, and everyone is very welcome. We end with Night Prayer at 7.00pm.
Community Cafe ON HOLD
Run by Friends in Deed on the second Wednesday each month from 2.30pm till 4.00pm in the Living Stones Room. Tea, coffee, cakes, conversation, fellowship. Help with “officialdom”, form-filling and signposting to other groups and agencies if required.
“M & M’s” ON HOLD
M & M’s is an informal ladies group with a programme of events on the first Thursday evening of every month.
Bible Study ON HOLD
We usually work through a book of the bible one chapter at a time, or look at a series such as the miracles of Jesus. This isn’t a heavy academic bible study, and we try and work out what the Bible is saying to us, in our own situations.
The last Monday of each month, 1.30pm in the Living Stones Room.
